The office „Digital Hessen” settled at Hessen Trade & Invest GmbH (HTAI) is the central communication and networking platform for the implementation of the Hessen Digital Strategy. It is linked with the brand name „Technology Country Hessen”, in which the department Technology & Innovation of HTAI promotes the development, use and marketing of important key technologies. A wide range of services are offered to companies in Hessen on behalf of the Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport and Regional Development of Hessen.

Hessen Trade & Invest GmbH is the economic development agency of the state government of Hessen. The task is to ensure and enhance the competitiveness of Hessen as a business and technology location. HTAI is the central contact partner for domestic companies and such who want to come to Hessen as well as scientific, political and social institutions. Through their interdisciplinary team and the broad networking HTAI connects players, identifies trends and converts specific measurements for the industry.

The SimPlan Group was founded in 1992 near Frankfurt in Hessen. Today, the company headquarter is located in Hanau, with five additional branch offices and three associated companies in Germany. In October 2009, SimPlan Austria was founded, in order to provide local support to our Austrian customers. Since May 2010, we also have an office in Shanghai, China.

SimPlan’s services include process analysis and consulting as well as material flow and logistics simulation. Furthermore, SimPlan is a neutral distributor of simulation software, helping customers select the most suitable software tools for their projects, providing trainings and helping to implement the software in the company. Of course, we also provide all associated maintenance and support services. If you require custom-made systems for your company processes, we also develop individual software solutions for application in production and logistics.

With the innovative and flexibly extensible solution SimAssist, we offer a software product that supports the efficient execution of simulation studies.
