DUALIS GmbH IT Solution, founded in 1990 and a subsidiary of iTAC Software AG, specializes in the development of software and services for the planning and optimization of production and factories. Its product range includes the detailed planning tool GANTTPLAN, the AREAPLAN software for floor space planning and the Visual Components 3D simulation platform.
DUALIS solutions are integrated in numerous applications in large-scale industry and medium-sized companies in the production and service sectors and, as core technologies, are predestined for Industry 4.0 applications.
The APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system GANTTPLAN, developed in-house by DUALIS. developed by DUALIS and the 3D simulation platform of its partner Visual Components form the "dual" pillars of the company. Visual Components is used for three-dimensional robot simulation, material flow and plant planning and optimizes networked processes. GANTTPLAN enables production-related companies in various industries, among other things, to plan orders according to the optimally plan orders depending on the actually available resources and capacities according to schedule and cost factors and to visualize the results in the graphical control station. The detailed planning tool is available with both integrated and centralized planning in the service and can be interfaced with various ERP systems and MES solutions. The GANTTPLAN future is all about automation and networking. New developments are expected to enable, for example, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) for intelligent workforce and production planning.
The Industry 4.0-compliant DUALIS solutions thus support companies in, operate smart factories efficiently and achieve a high level of planning, practical and investment security as well as permanent cost optimization.
